Even though developer required buyers to send in their proposals in regard of purchasing the apartments, 160 Riverpark Premier’s high-end apartments were deposited by customers just within 2 hours of the launch event.
More than 500 customers attended Phu My Hung Riverpark Premier’s first phase launch of Phu My Hung on 31st July. Earlier, thousands of customers have submitted the proposals along with their personal information. After reviewing based on the developer’s standards, only half of the proposals were approved to enter the launch event.
This is the first condominium project Phu My Hung applied with the above limit sales policy. At the first phase launch event, only 161 apartments from block A and B were offered for sales.
The apartments’ price range from VND 6 billion to VND 18 billion, but mostly above VND 10 billion. Riverpark Premier has flexible payment schedule with 1% per month and only 50% by before handover, the rest will be settled at the time of receiving the apartment. Plus, buyers can get mortgage offers from 30 banks.
Out of more than 500 people attended, 130 were foreigners. Within 2 hours of the launch event, 160 apartments were deposited, in which 25% of them were purchased by foreigners from several different nations.
The project includes 3 buildings: A, B, C positioned symmetrically at 3 corners of the podium, each building has 13 to 22 stories and total number of units is 268. Riverpark Premier is the last riverside project in the heart of the Hillview District’s most bustling quarter, next to the scenic river, along the 31.5m-wide Nguyen Duc Canh Avenue, and within walking distance to many international-education institutions and parks…
This is the first time in Phu My Hung that homebuyers can choose condos in all 8 housing directions. All units are from 112-231 m2, mostly 3-bedroom, and have the extended living spaces thanks to the smart arrangement of sliding door systems and glass balcony guards.
