Phu My Hung promises same quality despite lower-price segment of new project
Phu My Hung Development Corporation has created a buzz in the real estate market in southern HCM City with the launch of its luxurious Riverpark Premier in the third quarter of this year.

In the year’s final quarter Phu My Hung surprised the market by announcing for the first time a project outside of its Phu My Hung City Centre.
Saigon South Residences was launched recently at prices starting from VNĐ2 billion for a two-bedroom condo.
Located on Nguyen Huu Tho Street not far from Phu My Hung City Centre, the project is being developed with the main aim of meeting the demand of young couples and others who want to enjoy the high living standards developed by Phu My Hung at a more affordable price.

Why has your company launched Saigon South Residences now?
Every year Phu My Hung Development Corporation plans to bring between 1,000 and 1,200 units to the market. Saigon South Residences is a part of the plan this year.
The volume of products each year is carefully calculated since our company does not only sell housing. Phu My Hung Development Corporation also provides customer with after-sales service and helps them manage their property.
Thus, we prepare very well before launching a project so that we can offer customers the best services and products we can.
The 1st sales launch is in the end of this October
Why did you decide to develop a project outside Phu My Hung City Centre?
We have recognised that many customers want to buy a condo with our standards but cannot afford to do so. That is why we decided to develop Saigon South Residences
The project will match the quality of our developments in Phu My Hung City Centre for the last 23-odd years.
However, the prices are affordable so that customers, especially young couples with stable and middle incomes, will have a chance to live in a place with Phu My Hung’s living standards.
Condos in Saigon South Residences have sizes ranging from over 60sq.m to more than 90sq.m with two or three bedrooms.
Payment in installments is considered an attractive factor since customers have to pay 50 per cent in 38 months. So each month they only have to pay from VND 20 million.
After the condos are handed over, they will pay the remaining 45 per cent. The other 5 per cent will have to be paid after getting the ownership documents.
Furthermore, Phu My Hung Development Corporation has tied up with more than 30 banks who offer our customers many packages with low interest rates.
