On March 19, 2020, the Park View apartment building in Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City was unblocked by the authorities. Currently, the authorities only block and quarantine the 8th floor of Block A of the building where patient No. 66 lived. The isolation time for 8th floor, block A is at least 21 days, counting from 17:00 on 17/3/2020.
Earlier, on 17/3/2020 the authorities blocked the entire Park View building because patient No. 66 with SARS-CoV-2 was here. Regarding 9 cases living on the same 8th floor, Block A, Park View with patient No. 66, their first virus tests came with negative results.
After receiving the notice from the authorities, the shops on the ground floor of the building have started to operate again. Previously, District 7 Medical Center had sprayed Cloramin B to disinfect the entire building including this apartment, corridor, stairs, elevators, and basement parking lot.
