The Vietnam National Property Awards 2018 which was held on April 14th honoured many big real estate developers including Phu My Hung Development Corporation.
The award was held by Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) and Housing and Real Estate Market Management (Ministry of Construction) at Vietnam National Convention Center that attracted more than 3,500 attendances.
The event had 8 categories with 54 awards. Phu My Hung is honoured 2 most reputable awards: “The most prestigious real estate developer” and “The best urban area”.
The judge's panel consisted of 13 members who were audit specialist, lawyers, journalists and international organisation representatives. The panel’s chief was Mr Nguyen Tan Van – President of Vietnam Architecture Association, former Vice Minister of Construction.
Among the winners of “The most prestigious real estate developer”, Phu My Hung is the most experienced developer.
The awards of Phu My Hung are predicted by specialists and investors because after 25 years, Phu My Hung is a pioneer creating trends and standards for markets. For examples: transforming a wild marshland, the vision of developing HCMC towards the East Sea; high quality masterplan matching international standards; a civilized city with modern and comprehensive infrastructure; human-friendly architectures; etc.
