On May 31st 2019, at the BCI Asia Awards 2019, Phu My Hung Development Corporation was officially named among the TOP 10 DEVELOPERS IN VIETNAM as the company has achieved high ranking in all criteria required by the organization board.
The organization board has highly appreciated the outstanding efforts of Phu My Hung in creating a sustainable and environment-friendly urban area. In particular, Phu My Hung has made a strong impression with many added points: the serviced urban area with the synchronous, well-established masterplan and the guaranteed security; transparent projects’ legal information etc.
Throughout 26 years of development, Phu My Hung has gained many well accomplished achievements such as “The American Institute of Architecture honor award for best urban design” (1997), National recognition as “The first model city in Vietnam” by the Minister of Construction (2008), Global outstanding project of Urban Land Institute (2012), “The most prestigious real estate developer” and “The best urban area” of Vietnam National Property Awards 2018 held by Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) and Housing and Real Estate Market Management (Ministry of Construction) etc.
BCI Asia Awards is an annual award held in seven different Asian territories including Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. It not only recognizes leaders within the architectural and building industry including architectural firms and developers but also motivates socially responsible architectures.
