Phu My Hung Development Corporation has announced that it is handing over 619 units in its The Signature apartment project starting on 29 June.
The developer said the handover would be done in two phases, each lasting around 10 days with around 30 condos handed over each day.
The handover reflects the efforts made by Phu My Hung despite the enormous difficulties caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Besides, as a measure of support for customers suffering due to the effects of the pandemic, the company is waiving two months’ management fees.
The Signature is the third part of the Phu My Hung Midtown complex it developed in the South District in Phu My Hung City Centre.
The company said that from now until the end of this year it would also hand over condos in Urban Hill and Hung Phuc Premier.
There would be 997 apartments and shophouses in the three projects, 83 per cent of them in the Southside District, it said.
Phu My Hung also announced it would sell units in another building in its new The Antonia project from the middle of this month.
The building has 183 units including those with two and three bedrooms and penthouses.
