The first sales ceremony of The Peak was held on November 18, 2018 with the participation of 600 clients who drew lots to buy 2- to 3-bedroom units and top-houses. More than 96 per cent of the products was booked by the buyers at this first day of the launching.
Despite more than 2,000 buyers expressed interest in purchasing units at The Peak, only 600 of them were invited to the sales ceremony held on November 18, 2018, while the applications of the remaining 1,400 buyers will be considered for the next launch in December.
“We have carefully chosen the buyers for this project because we aim to set up a resident community where people can live and thrive together through shared values,” said a representative from Phu My Hung Development Corporation.
And indeed, the corporation has paid special attention to registering buyers’ financial status, intent of purchasing, and even educational background to pick out the winning 600 to ensure that a responsible, educated, and upper-class residential community can complement the luxurious living space and state-of-the-art facilities in the project.
A happy news to the developers was that 90 per cent of the buyers registering at The Peak this time meant to move into the units right after they are completed, which shows great appreciation for the project, transcending a simple quest for profit.
Clients had to draw lots to buy The Peak condos
Especially, 20 per cent of the registered buyers at the first building of The Peak are foreigners who are working at Phu My Hung and its neighbouring areas as highly qualified and well-to-do experts.
According to a recent survey conducted by Phu My Hung Development Corporation, after three launches at Phu My Hung Midtown so far, more than 90 per cent of residents came from the IT, finance, security, oil and gas, real estate, healthcare, and education sectors. 20 per cent among them were the owners of their enterprises.
“Setting up a truly elite community will bring real and sustainable value for the project,” said the developer.
Developed by Phu My Hung Development Corporation and its three Japanese partners Daiwa House Group, Nomura Real Estate Group, and Sumitomo Forestry Group, The Peak is the most precious of Phu My Hung Midtown.
Phu My Hung Midtown is inspired by Midtown Mahattan and Tokyo Midtown
All facilities of the Midtown complex have been designed with care by the investors to ensure that the project is second to none in any aspect and is of the highest quality and durability. The Peak, however, takes sophistication one step further with its planning, interior, landscaping, and construction materials.
Regarding scale, The Peak has the largest area compared to the three other components in Midtown, and it also has the easiest access to the public facilities of the whole Midtown complex, from the trading centre and leisure facilities to the local education system.
The Peak is also a landmark in both design and landscaping, as the centre piece of the whole Midtown project.
Artificial waterfall, streams and landscape are significant features of The Peak
As the key component of Midtown, The Peak was designed with smooth curves akin to waves to create harmony with the land area. The building curves alongside the river, bringing residents even closer to nature.
Every building in The Peak reflects a different story. The design of the newly-launched M8B was inspired of a waterfall released down to small streams. The 10-metre artificial waterfall pours from the swimming pool on the fourth floor into the streams which flow through the inner park of the project.
The streams are complemented by the centre fountain crowning a large public square, ensuring ample fresh air and a magnificent background for relaxation and entertainment.
The unique Sakura Park in Vietnam
The Sakura Park is the last key facility to be added to the project. Designed by renowned designer firm, this park will be the soul of the whole project, giving it an air of sophistication, a multitude of hues and textures, stealing a bright spot of trees and flowers into the midst of towering modern constructs.
It is expected that the first phase of Sakura Park will be put into operation in 2019, at the same time as the first two buildings of Phu My Hung Midtown.
