On May 17th, 2018, Phu My Hung holds the Roof-sealing ceremony of THE GRANDE – one of four buildings of PHU MY HUNG MIDTOWN. This is also the biggest investment project in the last 3 years and the first-ever joint venture between Phu My Hung and three Japanese leading real estate developing partners: Daiwa House, Nomura Real Estate Group, Sumitomo Forestry.
It is reported that THE GRANDE & THE SYMPHONY keep on track with hand-over schedule, which is in 2019 with the first phase of Sakura Park – the unique masterpiece in Vietnam. Because PHU MY HUNG MIDTOWN is a standard-style handover, thus, the project’s requirements regarding technical, quality, aesthetics, etc. are set higher. The cooperation between the investor and the contractor is tighter in order to deliver the best products and satisfy customers.
