the investor’s representative said that they are planning for the new project be located at Southside District,
with a direct view of the Chateau Villa, a Happy Residence Premier project that will debut this upcoming July.
If Urban Hill is the first residential project to have a large commercial center,
then Happy Residence Premier will be the only project in Phu My Hung that has a
translucent swimming pool. Happy Residence Premier is considered an upgraded version
of the original Happy Residence project, a project that Phu My Hung has found plentiful success before.
