JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on potential and ongoing projects in the Northern region to report to Phu My Hung headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City
• Maintain and continuously update the database comprehensively
• Prepare market research reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, along with other reports
• Travel to provinces and cities as required
• Willing to go on business trips to provinces and cities
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree or above majoring in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business Administration
• Understanding of the law, investment environment and real estate market in Vietnam
• Fluent in foreign languages (English)
• Presentation skill in English
• Good communication and presentation skills
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of real estate market research
