Respectfully to Our precious Customer,
Phu Hung Thai Development Joint Stock Company would like to send to our precious customer the sincerely greeting and thanks for your believe to select and purchase the apartment in Phu My Hung-Midtown Complex, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city.
We would like to announce that the construction and the infrastructure in the complex are now completed according to the contract schedule, and your apartment is ready for handover.
In accordance with the provisions of the contract, we would like to inform and invite you to apply for Land Use Rights Certificate and implement the procedure of handing over apartment
In order to implement the procedure of handing over and submit the document to provide the Land Use Rights Certificate for the apartment in Phu My Hung-Midtown Complex, Customer please finish the remain payments as Contract (Please notice that the Maintenance Fund and other amount (if any)); bring the documents as instructed in addendum 1 & 2 which was enclosed with the letter. The handing over procedure only can be implemented when you complete all the payments as the contract and submit the documents for the Land Use Rights Certificate in Phu My Hung Real Estate Transaction Office.

- Time: 20/06/2019 – 22/06/2019
