Residents get more support from Phu My Hung’s camera system
There are over 4,000 cameras in Phu My Hung new city center (shorted name is Phu My Hung City). It’s not only important for the city’s security, but also brings more help for residents’ daily living.
In early November 2023, Mr. Th. who is living at Nam Thong, contacted the Security Department (shorted name is SD) of Phu My Hung to find an Alaska dog. Through the checking camera system, SD determined the stray dog was taken by two women who were driving a motorbike. One day later, when the woman came back Phu My Hung City, SD promptly identified and contacted with Mr. Th. Thanks to that, Mr. Th. found his dog.

Before that story, there is another similar case that was solved thanks to DS’s camera system. On the way to the office, Ms. Th., an officer of a company in Phu My Hung City, lost her wallet. She went to DS’s control center to ask for support. The camera showed that her wallet was dropped at the intersection of Nguyen Van Linh- Nguyen Duc Canh, then a motorbike tech-driver running behind picked it up.
Continuing to retrieve camera data, DS found that this driver often appears at Phu My Hung City. On the same afternoon, when DS saw the driver was waiting for passenger at the intersection of Hoang Van Thai – Nguyen Luong Bang, DS and Ms. Th. approach to ask for getting back the wallet. All assets and documents in the wallet were returned to the owner.

Visibly, Phu My Hung always strives to invest in more and more equipment and technologies, as well as improving the DS’s competency in terms of responsibility and professionality, with the targets of enhancing the quality of living environment for residents.
