Series of construction has deployed in Phu My Hung City Center
In addition to the landscape renovation plans that were announced by Phu My Hung for Scenic Valley 2 and Riverside Residence, in this May, there are two new projects will be starting construction including Phu My Hung The Aurora, and the other is an office building at The Internation Financial and Commercial District.
Phu My Hung’s First Residential Project Was Commenced in 2024
On the early morning of May 16th, 2024, Phu My Hung Corp. held the breaking ground for Phu My Hung The Aurora project. Located on Nguyen Luong Bang Avenue where belongs to Southside (Nam Vien) District, this project is built on site area with over 2,300 m2, its structure includes 95 apartments and 7 shops at podium. Phu My Hung The Aurora was introduced to the market on March 8th, 2024, and then launched for sales in March 25th, 2024. It only took one hour to sell out.
Noticeably, on the same Street, in the billion-dollar Service and Financial Nguyen Luong Bang Avenue, the landscape renovation plan for both Scenic Valley 2 and Riverside Residence, which are the City’s gateway entrances, will help improve the environmental quality and contribute to a ‘new look’ that aligns with the position of Nguyen Luong Bang Broadway, as affirmed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (S.O.M) based on American Urban standards.
Riverside Residence is in Nam Vien District, consisting of 5 blocks (A, B, C, D, and E) . One side faces Nguyen Luong Bang Avenue, the other side faces the river. It features a square that connects three blocks B-C-D.
Located in The Sports and Healthcare District (MD), Scenic Valley 2 owns the “gateway coordinates” of the CBD, next to a series of office buildings, Culture Centre, etc. and opposite the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center – SECC.
Saigon South’s CBD welcomes new members is office building
Following the series of city service and facility infrastructures that are implementing, May 20th, 2024, a new office building will break-ground located in the International Commercial and Financial District. This office building is invested in by Hongfu Company, with the hand-over scheduled for the end of Quarter 2, 2026.
