PMH Security Organizing Strict Prevention Of Theft And Robbery
Recently, murders and robbery have happened all over the country … To cope with all situations related to social security that can arise in Phu My Hung, the Security has plans to coordinate with units of the security services in the area to be on high alert to prevent, stop, and deal with incidents in time.
In Phu My Hung there are about 12, 057 apartments with 26,950 inhabitants, including many foreigners living and working. Particularly, Korean residents account for 27.07%. Most residents have high income, high social status; however they are not watchful enough to protect their property and ignore the vigilance.
Phu My Hung is a special place where major events are often organized to attract a lot of people, and it is also a residential area with many routes connecting with the adjacent residential areas, such as Districts 7, 8 and Nha Be.
This catches the attention of bad objects and it is easier for them to perform theft and robbery.
* Some of the typical cases arising recently:
1/ At 07:15 on June 20th 2015, Phu My Hung Security captured one object who broke into an apartment at 12 Nam Thien 2 and sent him to Tan Phong ward. The object was born in 1993, lived in group 15, Van Gia town, Khanh Hoa province.
Through PMH Security’s database, previously at 18:25 on October 17th 2014 this object had stolen an SH motorbike at the household B-07, My Giang 1 and was chased and captured by PMH Security at Phu My ward and then sent to Tan Phong ward Police. Also according to information from District 7 Police, this object has had a criminal record for breaking in and burglary.
2/ At 11:38 on May 20th 2015, Saigon South Security Service on duty at Canh Vien 2 reported that an object riding on a Novo 54X5-9735 snatched a purse from a woman walking in Canh Vien 2 and escaped to Road 17 toward Ca Cam Bridge. The guards deployed barricades to arrest the criminal.
Getting the information from PMH Security, 2 traffic policemen in Saigon South on duty on Nguyen Van Linh Street instantly blocked, kicked down the criminal’s motorbike in My Khanh 3, Nguyen Duc Canh Street; the object left the motorbike and ran and was captured by PMH Security and sent to Tan Phu war Police..
In order to handle the above issues, PMH Security informs each member of the Security as well as units of Security Services in order that they know the tasks:
a/ Promoting reminding task by the following forms: delivering vigilance reminding leaflets in 3 languages: Vietnamese-English-Korean; reminding the residents through neighborhood newsletters, through PMH Journal to inform the residents about the tricks, criminal methods of bad objects; details of the typical theft, robbery case, thus helping the residents be increasingly vigilant, have detection, and timely notification.
b/ Strengthening personnel training for the activeness and skills to recognize objects and use walkie-talkie to report the object.
c/ Regularly setting up situations of theft, robbery, fire unexpectedly to test the deployment of personnel and means of handling of officials and employees of the force, from there having the suitable adjustment in order to improve the efficiency of the task.
d/ Actively preventing objects before they have the opportunity to commit crime. When incidents arise, order the guards at each checkpoint to detect in time the objects, means to commit theft, robbery, burglary, escape, timely notifying to the checkpoints to carry out preventive measures to handle the case.
From the above issues, the Security has built the plans to implement and assign tasks to each unit in the setting up of checkpoints (chart attached).
* The requirement in setting up checkpoints:
Upon receiving notification of cases on the radio, the staff in charge must be present in 1-2 minutes at the checkpoints to coordination with the units to prevent the criminals safely and effectively.
To ensure good security tasks in Phu My Hung, the Security must actively coordinate closely with the local police patrols, exchange information on the situation and deal with the arising incidents related to security, particularly:
a/ To coordinate patrolling and controlling the area at night to disperse the youths, the couples gathering in the dark and deserted areas after 10 p.m to prevent theft, robbery, burglary, depredation …
b/ To coordinate and handle effectively incidents related to security, such as: arresting the objects of theft, robbery, disturbing security and order; handling traffic accidents; checking residence of construction workers spending the night in the building … to prevent the bad objects intruding to commit crime.
c/ To coordinate closely to ensure the safety of the events held in the area.
Moreover, Phu My Hung Security always actively proposes means and safety equipment to enhance the security, such as: have HD cameras installed at the gateways to PMH, on key routes and in the crowded areas to supply the local police with the images of bad objects performing theft, robbery, helping the investigation be carried out quickly, accurately and efficiently.
