WARNING: The impersonation of Phu My Hung has happened again
After “a period of relative calm” due to the intervention of regulatory authorities, the status of impersonating Phu My Hung Development Corporation (referred to as Phu My Hung) – the investor of the Phu My Hung City Center – has recently resurfaced.
Specifically, Phu My Hung received numerous reports from customers, residents, and partners about individuals and organizations posing as Phu My Hung employees. These impersonators are calling and messaging people, inviting them to events in Binh Thanh, Tan Phu, and Tan Binh districts, claiming these are appreciation programs for Phu My Hung residents, customers, and partners, with promises of valuable gifts such as gold, travel vouchers, and shopping vouchers.
Phu My Hung asserts that we do not organize or collaborate with any other organizations, companies, or real estate agencies to conduct appreciation events, gift-giving, or product introductions at the aforementioned locations. Any communications from individuals or organizations claiming to be Phu My Hung employees related to these activities are fraudulent, and intended to mislead customers, residents, and the community for illegal profit.
All of Phu My Hung’s business events and customer care activities are exclusively held within the Phu My Hung City Center (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) at the following locations:
- Phu My Hung Real Estate Transaction Office: 801 Nguyen Van Linh Parkway, Tan Phu Ward
- Phu My Hung Sales Gallery: Lot M3, Tran Van Tra Street, Tan Phu Ward
- Or at projects within the Phu My Hung City Center, such as The Peak (Midtown), Phu My Hung The Horizon
Therefore, Phu My Hung respectfully informs customers, residents, and partners to be vigilant against these fraudulent calls and actions impersonating the Phu My Hung brand.
