Phu My Hung will launch the next phase of Scenic Valley on 11/1/2015 with two blocks C and H. Block C accesses the wonderful panoramic view to the golf course and scenic river in one side, the other side overlooking the internal garden. These blocks offer condos in range of 79-155m2.

The project has been designed with many on-site amenities such as swimming pools, community rooms, BBQ area, and open space on ground floor for residents’ socialization. Besides, the playground on the lower level ensures children’s happiness and the upper level is equipped a fun-size children play area and swimming pool.

Scenic Valley, the second residential project in Medial Campus District (after Green Valley) in Phu My Hung City Center is located in the site area of 3.2ha. The land construction area is 9,710m2 making up 30% and the rest area was planned for open space, internal traffic and on-site amenities.

Accordingly, it allows foreigners to lease and own a maximum of 30 per cent of an apartment building or a maximum of 250 villas or townhouses in one particular administrative area.
