Phu My Hung launches luxury apartment buildings at The Crescent

Phu My Hung The Horizon luxury apartment complex was introduced to more than 250 customers on the evening of Aug. 28.

Phu My Hung Development Corporation has introduced its luxury apartment range at Tran Van Tra Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City following the success of its other projects in the market.

The launch event of Phu My Hung The Horizon took place at the sales gallery center in District 7, HCMC.

The project has a scale of more than 5,800 square meters in The Crescent Lake area. It consists of two towers, building A (24 stories) and building B (9 stories) with 166 apartments and 10 shops, for a construction density of 49.6%.

According to the investor representative, this is both The Crescent’s first residential project and Phu My Hung’s first high-end apartment building in The Crescent Lake area.

According to Bui Duy Toan, director of sales and marketing division, Phu My Hung, the highlight of the project is situated in the vast green ecological complex, promoting a lifestyle close to nature, in addition to possessing a modern architectural style and utility chain.

“The land fund for housing development in the city center is limited, and projects in prime locations, with views of rivers, lakes, and parks are even fewer. Therefore, Phu My Hung The Horizon was expected to produce dual value, for current use and value for future growth,” the company representative said.

Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy (Thu Duc, HCMC) said she already owns a few products in Phu My Hung Urban Area. She highly appreciates the location, landscape, and utilities of Phu My Hung The Horizon, so she desires to buy an apartment here.

Similar to Thuy, Tran Thi Cam Tu and her husband (District 7, HCMC) is looking for a three-bedroom apartment so that their two children can have a comfortable space to live in.

“Since I have purchased a number of products from this company, in addition to the utilities, I also value Phu My Hung’s method of working from sales advice to product handover,” said Tu.

Phu My Hung The Horizon benefits from the central location of the CBD – The Crescent Lake with a chain of utilities adapted to international standards including office buildings for multinational companies, financial corporations, banks, and commercial services, etc. The landscape system, which spans up to 13 hectares and includes a lake, rivers, and lush parks, resonates with that concept.

This location serves as a community center and has architectural space with low-rise modern buildings in front and a high-rise at the back facing the lake shore in accordance with the bow curve of The Crescent Lake, which has a length of 700 meters. This design was inspired by Singaporean architecture.

According to the investor’s representative, Phu My Hung The Horizon was introduced to customers when 71% complete. The project will be completed, with air conditioners and kitchen cabinets entirely installed, in the fourth quarter of 2023, per the plan.

Additionally, customers may now sign up to tour the model apartment with the investor’s direct expert team.
