Scenic Valley – wonderful melody of design language

We want to create a living space with innovative design, a bright open space, airy and luxurious with time.

The interior is cleverly designed to optimize the space and ensure that each room is personalized to perfection. The small space is designed together seamlessly, which is beautiful and fully functional.

We also want to introduce the latest trends in interior design, a modern and fashionable lifestyle, creating luxurious comfort. The materials are combined in a subtle way with decorative pieces having personality with every interior detail to create an interesting story.

Three different interior features which create a powerful blend of concepts, ideas and colors bring visual interest to home buyers:

(1) The combination of bright colors to create a cheerful and fashionable space with a bit of nostalgia, which is fully functional but no less luxurious like Juicy Couture, Bold Colour ;

(2) Modern luxury is the result of a mix of minimalist elements such as shiny surfaces, wood and stone to achieve a modern look;

(3) classical style accompanied by a modern shift brings stylish luxury.

The factor that can affect the mood of anyone is color. When color and creativity are combined harmoniously, it brings to the space privacy and personality. This will affect the mood of the individual. For example, if you walk into a room with warm tones, neutral colors such as white and earth, you will immediately feel warm. For the materials used for tropical climate like Vietnam, we suggest using floor tile. It is not only easy for washing and maintenance, but also gives the feeling of being spacious and elegant for small apartments. With the development of today’s technology, tile is manufactured like real wood that looks beautiful both aesthetically and feeling to the touch. This product is beautiful and suitable for the bedroom because high humidity in Vietnam can make wood floors peel up after a period of use.

For sofas, fabric is the best choice to use. The beautiful fabric is not only suitable for warm weather in Vietnam but also provides a beautiful and comfortable feeling when sitting on these sofas. Sofas should have coverings so you can easily change to create a new look and they are easy to clean. You should always dry-wash the coverings because common washing will make the fabric shrink. Household cleaners “Scotch Guard” will help you clean out water or stains on the sofa.

Another important aspect to consider in any apartment is curtains and lighting system. These items are not always paid attention to because many people think that “curtains are just curtains”. This is in contrast to the fact that the appropriate curtains can enhance the aesthetic of the apartment.

The lighting system is equally important, although it does not affect your mood, it will support the interior design of the apartment. Traditional thinking always goes with white light because they think warm light is not bright enough. It will continue to make a mistake when combining white light and warm light. White light is vey bight in the room and it makes the room dry.
