Vietcombank supports Scenic Valley’s homebuyers
On October 2nd, 2014, Phu My Hung and Vietcombank signed the agreement related to special loan program to support Scenic Valley’s homebuyers.
Accordingly, Vietcombank – Saigon South Branch will offer borrowers with a fix interest rate which is equal to the 12-month saving rate in the first 12 months of loan term. The loan rate will be the 12-month saving rate plus the margin 2.5% in the next 24 months. For instance, the saving interest rate at that time is 6.5% APR in addition to 2.5%, so the borrowers have to pay 9% APR. In the fourth year and afterwards, the loan rate will be 12-month saving rate plus the margin 3.5%. The loan amount is up to 70% of condo value and customers can mortgage their condos in 20-year term
Borrowers who receive salary through Vietcombank system and make VND 10 million or above per month will be supported extra 0.2% of loan rate in the first year of loan term. For instance, the Vietcombank’s saving rate is 6.5% APR and the customers get paid more than VND 10 million per month through Vietcombank, so they can benefit from Scenic Valley home loan program with 6.3% APR in the first 12 months. The program is available from now to June 30th, 2015 and unlimited number of borrowers.
On October 4th, 2014, Phu My Hung launches 270 condos of block D2 and E1 ranging from 70m2 to 84m2 at the price from VND 2 billion. The payment term is scheduled in 30 months.
Scenic Valley’s swimming pool perspective
Scenic Valley is the second project located in Medical Campus District of Phu My Hung City Center (after Green Valley) on the premises of 3.2ha. The construction area is 9,710m2 occupying 30%. The rest area is left for open space, internal traffic and outdoor amenities.
The Singapore-based KYTA company was in charge of shaping an ecological and modern living space with 7 blocks (B, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1 and E2) standing at 16-24 storeys high and comprising 1,202 condos which will be handed over in 2017.
The project is situated next to the scenic river that brings nature closer to residents’ life. Also each condo boasts a stunning view to 600-meter green carpet along the river, the International Financial and Commercial District, The Crescent District, Star Light Bridge, etc. Particularly, “Urban Window” design was elaborately integrated into block B that turns this project into a bright and well-ventilated living space. The KYTA’s brilliant space solution allows the formation of a healthy connection between the outside and inside and makes the most of the available natural landscape.
