Phu My Hung hands over Garden Court 2 flats
Real estate developer Phu My Hung Corporation said it has transferred apartments at the Garden Court 2 residential project to their owners since the middle of this month.
The transfer, following the handover of Garden Court 1 in May, shows the commitment of Phu My Hung to their customers.
The US$35 million project, whose construction began 2 years ago, takes up 5,500 square meters of land and consists of three blocks, ranging from seven to 15 stories, with 90 apartments, nine stores, 105 parking slots for cars and 184 for motorbikes. The apartments range in size of 98 to 289 square meters.
The complex project was designed by Singapore – based KYTA and implemented by Hoanh Tran Architecture Company. It is located in the Canal District near Crescent Lake.
Glass was a major construction material used at Garden Court 2. The intent is to widen views for the residents and bring them closer to nature
