Closeness to schools, an important factor in buying housing
Adjacency to educational facilities remains the main consideration for customers while buying a new house or a new apartment.
Real estate company, Phu My Hung Development Corporation, which almost sold out block A of its Happy Residence project in a mere 45-minute launch last month, attributed it mainly to the apartment’s closeness to schools.
The company said they did a survey on why customers choose their projects and found that living environment is the most important determinant in customers’ buying decision. An ideal living environment has to meet essential needs of residents such as education, infrastructure, healthcare, shopping, entertainment, banking services… and Phu My Hung is the place to find all we seek.
The company said having schools with modern facilities nearby helps parents keep their mind on work since picking up their children does not take much time.
Besides, with the improving standard of living, people want the best education environment for their children.
Hoang Le, who has bought an apartment at Happy Residence, said: “I intend to send my children to the Canadian International School, which is only 400m away. The school has all levels from kindergarten to grade 12.
“Next to Happy Residence is Sonata school with art classes.”
Nguyen Hung, another buyer, said, “The availability of schools near Happy Residence in particular and in Phu My Hung City Centre in general is surely a clinching factor.”
