Final phase of Riverside Residence to be launched
The Phu My Hung Corporation said it would start selling apartment units in Building C of its Riverside Residence project in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7 on April 19.
The modern apartments up for sale in the 29-story building vary between 143-239 square meters in size, starting at VND40 million (USD$2,250) per square meter.
Financing is available from 12 banks and buyers can also choose installment payments for more than 30 months. Some of the banks will participate in the launch of the building on April 19 and will be available to speak with customer.
The Riverside Residence project, worth $200 million, comprises five buildings, A-E. The final phase of the project is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2011.
The three central buildings B, C and D are connected by a “Sky Bridge”, a special architectural feature making it convenient to move between them. Building C is located at the heart of the project.
