Garden Court 1 apartments to be handed over to buyers

The Phu My Hung Corporation said it will transfer 103 apartments at the Garden Court 1 residential project to their owners at the beginning of this month.

The on-schedule transfer, following the handover of Green View flats in March, shows the commitment of the Phu My Hung Corporation to customers.

The US$40 million project, whose construction began in the second quarter of 2007, covers an area of 5,500 square meters and consists of three blocks, ranging from eight to 15 stories, with 118 parking slots for cars and 142 for motorbikes. The apartments at Garden Court 1 are 103- 257 square meters in size.

The complex project was designed by Singapore- based KYTA and implemented by Hoanh Tran Architecture Company. It is located in the Canal District near Crescent Lake.

Glass, a major construction material used at Garden Court 1 help widen the view for the residents and bring them closer to nature. There are also flower gardens on the sixth, seventh and ninth floors of the complex.
