Green Valley Model Condos Opened
Phu My Hung Corporation has officially introduced the two model condos of Green Valley – a new residential project of this company. The model condos accent Asian or Oriental style but with an updated modern fusion to deliver an elegant and luxurious look to the apartments. They are type A – 120 m2 and Type O1 – 87 m2.
Green Valley reflects the oriental element with an update twist through the use of a combination of earth tone colours and bold fusion of black glossy lacquered accented by gold and red artwork. Moreover, the creative use of oak-wood material also gave a comfortable, cosy and elegant feeling to the apartment. Living room and kitchen were decorated ingeniously, so you can still carve out individual space and yet meet the functional aspect.
Type A (120 m2) with 3 bed rooms was inspired from Western-style which is simple but very contemporary. Each room conveys a different feeling with creative and innovative plays of colours and materials. Especially, the inspiration of organic and nature forms was also reflected accentually in this design.
Green Valley project is located on 14,500 m2 of land are, right in the Medical Campus District of Phu My Hung City Center, designed by Korn Architects Company (Germany) including four buildings of 20-27 storeys. The constrcution density is about 48%. This is the second condo project near Saigon South Golf Course at Phu My Hung urban area.
Green Valley has 546 apartments and 8 shops with the sizes ranging from 87 m2 to 120 m2. Two motorbike slots and one car parking slot are available for each condo.
The first selling phase of Green Valley will be commenced on March 23rd 2014 with an attractive long-term payment up to 30 months.
