Happy Residence: The epitome of happy living
Thanks to the amendments to the Housing Law that took effect in July-2015, the Vietnamese housing market is seeing increasing demand.
The law now allows overseas Vietnamese and foreigners to own houses and apartments with a few basic stipulations.
To capitalize on the opportunity, property developers across the country have been forced to improve their game so that they are able to offer international-standard products and services to meet the rising demands.
With this in mind, housing developers have brought many projects on to the market. Phu My Hung Development Corporation is one such a developer.
In the middle of this month, many prospective buyers including foreigners took part in an event organized by the company to introduce two “model condos” at the under-construction Happy Residence project.
Happy Residence spreads over an area of nearly 9,600sq.m. The construction area will be over 72,300sq.m excluding the basement.
With four 19-storey blocks, it will have 554 condos in sizes ranging from 71sq.m to 92sq.m.
Happy Residence, Phu My Hung’s 37th condo project, is located in the Southside District of Phu My Hung City Center, a place that offers a host of conveniences for foreigners.
The designers have decided to build a 5,000sq.m atrium on the second floor that connects all four blocks. It will be a common area for residents to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities.
The indoor facilities include an amusement room for kids, a gym and clubhouse, while in the outdoor area, residents can play games, swim, organize BBQs, do their morning exercise or practice yoga.
The company said it has laid much emphasis on developing not only the outside landscape but also the interiors of community areas to offer a luxurious lifestyle to customers.
This is a common feature at many of their projects like Happy Valley, Green Valley and Scenic Valley.
To develop Happy Residence, Phu My Hung has hired two famous designers, who will design the landscape, the outdoor and indoor areas and the ground floor of each block to offer modernity, luxury and convenience to residents.
Lawyers advise that when buying a house or apartment in Vietnam, foreigners must carefully study the project as well as the developer and choose one with prestige and plenty of experience in handing over the apartment in time and ensuring quality.
Focusing on the location of a project is also highly recommended since it impacts the living environment and ease of transport.
A unique advantage that the Phu My Hung area in District 7 enjoys compared to other developers is its comprehensive infrastructure that can meet the needs of both Vietnamese and foreigners.
It is estimated that expatriates make up a full 50 per cent of Phu My Hung’s 30,000-odd residents. This testifies to the fact that the Phu My Hung neighborhood – green, safe and with all necessary amenities and services in close proximity – can meet all the living needs of foreigners.
A unique feature of the area is its cosmopolitanism: It is easy to find shops and restaurants selling products and foods from Japan, South Korea, India, Brazil, to name a few countries.
A great benefit that Phu My Hung Development Corporation offers customers, unlike many other developers, is a clear and transparent purchase
Last but not least is the fact that the company’s housing products are easy to buy, sell and lease.
