DESIGN CONCEPT OF SAMPLE APARTMENT TYPE B1 – 72 M2

Pursuing something new, modern and fashionable, we create an unlimited flow through the use of furniture, wall consistency of color or pattern. The cohesion may create a feeling (sight) that the space is expanded. Light and monochromatic colors are used to ensure the light and airy interior space.

With only about 72 m2, the apartment needs high utilities (much more important than other factors). Lack of storage (place to store things) is the greatest challenge. To solve this problem, we take advantage of the walls by using hanging cabinets for storage space and highlight the height.

For the living room, eye-catching artwork is used with ceiling light system to divide this area. Although each color has its special characteristic, a light color mixing with the intermediate colors will ensure the combination in limited space. Cold white color is used as intermediate color throughout the apartment to balance the light color tone and create the twinkle.

The things designed to put in the walls and the TV shelf also contribute to solving the problem of limited space and express a modern style.

The narrow kitchen uses very compact things (i.e. those things must be essential, otherwise they are not brought in to avoid taking up space) mounted on the cabinets to promote functional properties.

The bedroom creates pleasure when using upholstered headboard. The final effect is a consistent and linked living space, not only fashionable but still guarantees the performance of the apartment.

DESIGN CONCEPT OF SAMPLE APARTMENT TYPE A2 – 91 m2

Showing the angular lines and wavy surface to create the contrast look between straight and flat elements, the designer renovates the interior space of the apartment in a subtle and discreet way.

The blue color plays the key role helping the apartment look not too dry when using quiet tones. These asymmetric forms start continuously from the living room to the kitchen where the oasis keeps the space between the kitchen wall and the opposite wall open to move easily.

Looking like a monolithic block, it breaks the normal limits of a square room. Similarly, dark blue walls and the yellow color of lacquer create passion and attractiveness.

We maximize the use of the ability of creating a large space of wall-to-wall mirrors. These mirrors are mounted around the apartment to create the illusion of space.

In the guest bedroom and master bedroom, the upholstered headboard is designed with the main idea that the curves create patterns on the wall to have excitement about the vision.

The children’s room is designed with themes and fun. The selection of blue color with 3D effect of the jigsaw puzzle on the wall seems to jump out in front of you but still links to the main color blue.

Using the asymmetric forms and lines, we have changed a boring space into a fashionable and modern apartment which sustainable over time
