Last August, Phu My Hung Company launched two sample apartments Hung Phuc – Happy Residence at Phu My Hung Model Home Center, District 7, HCMC. Currently, three companies taking part in compiling the interior design book of Hung Phuc – Happy Residence include: (1) Urban Design, (2) ID & D; (3) GAIA Design Studio.

 According to the plan, Hung Phuc – Happy Residence project will be launched later this year. Although the price has not been announced, according to information from the investor of Hung Phuc – Happy Reisidence there will have the same segment with Scenic Valley project. Selling price will also include land use fees, maintenance fund, VAT.
