Notice on Submitting Applications for the Certificate of Land Use Right and Ownership of Property Attached to Land

We are currently completing the procedures for applying for the Certificate of Land Use Rights and House Ownership (the “Certificate”) for handed-over apartments in Phu My Hung.
Customers are kindly requested to submit or supplement the required documents for the Certificate application in accordance with the attached instructions.

Important Note: Please note that failure to submit the required documents by the above deadline may result in delays in the Certificate application process. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays arising from incomplete documentation.
