Phu My Hung announces development strategy for the Southside District
In the evening of June 21st, 2020, at Phu My Hung Sales Gallery, Phu My Hung Dev. Corp organized the event “Southside District – A Sacred Landmark With Extraordinary People”, attracted approximately 700 attendees.
At the event, Phu My (PMH) announced a strategy to develop the remaining functional districts of the urban area. In particular, the developer will focus on developing The International Commercial and Financial District & Southside District.
Under the current circumstances of land scarcity, Phu My Hung continuously boosts service infrastructure development
“In the near future, we will prioritize the development of social infrastructure such as schools, office buildings, shopping centers and entertainment hubs, as well as put the professional management software into operation, to improve service quality and bring more convenience for residents and customers. ” Phu My Hung’s representative emphasized.
Accordingly, the International Commercial & Financial District, The Crescent District, and Phu My Hung Sports Complex will be the key hub of service infrastructure development. These 3 functional districts are interconnected with each other via Nguyen Luong Bang street, forming a CBD (Central Business District) of the Saigon South. Specifically, Southside District is the area that gains more benefits than others.
Southside District is one of 8 functional districts of the urban area. One of the outstanding features of this district is the terrain is naturally surrounded by tributaries and rivers. Also, its location is directly connected to the CBD through the most valuable road of PMH – Nguyen Luong Bang commercial road. This is also the “coordinate” of most high-end housing projects in PMH such as Chateau Villas, Phu My Hung Midtown complex and The Antonia.
According to feng shui expert Master Wong (member of Singapore feng shui center), The Antonia luckily owns the best feng shui elements, from the prime location to project planning & designing, which results in attracting wealth resources for the residents. Some project’s feng shui elements can be named such as the landscape lake at the lobbies of two buildings, the pools on the amenities floor, etc.
It is known that The Antonia will continue to be launched in July.
