Phu My Hung Corp. begins selling luxury penthouses
The Phu My Hung Corporation said it has started selling 98 penthouses at its Sky Garden 3 project in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7.
The penthouses are on the top floors, each with two stories and a terrace. The houses provide a living environment “closer to nature”, the developer said. Each penthouse has an area of 174 ~378 square meter.
Sample penthouses are available for viewing at Block 6 and Block 7 of the project
SkyGarden 3 is part of the larger Sky Garden project, which has been envisioned as a small city into itself. The project covers an area of 42,727 square meters on Nguyen Van Linh Street, with 3,449 parking slots for cars and 419 for motorbikes. Residents at Sky Garden can custom decorate their apartments.
The first two phases of the project, Sky Garden 1 and Sky Garden 2, have attracted a lot of residents.
