Phu My Hung launches Scenic Valley Model Houses
On September 6th, 2014, Phu My Hung Development Corp. held the Opening Ceremony of Scenic Valley Model Houses at Phu My Hung’s Sales Center, district 7, HCMC.
The ceremony will be an initiation for Scenic Valley launches in quarter 4 of 2014. Specifically, on October 4th, 2014, Phu My Hung will be launching phase 1 of this project with block D2 and E1.
Scenic Valley, the second residential project in the Medical Campus District (after Green Valley which was successfully launched in March, 2014), takes up 3.2 hectares with the coverage ratio of 30% and 70% of area used for open space, internal traffic and outdoor amenities.
Designed by Singapore-based KYTA Company, Scenic Valley brings residents an ecological living space fused with contemporary Singapore design style. The project includes 7 blocks (B, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1 and E2) standing at 16-24 storeys high and comprises 1,202 condos ranging from 70m2 to 84m2.
30-month payment schedule is also applicable for this project that helps customers arrange their financial plans and targets singles, newly-wed couples, middle management, small and medium enterprises, second generation in Phu My Hung and especially extended families who want generations to live in the same quarter.
Scenic Valley’s perspective
2 model houses including type A1-77m2 and type B3-107m2 were introduced in the Opening Ceremony. According to Artsy Expressions Company – model houses’ designer, the design concept is to create creative living space, yet maximize the house’s functionality. Furthermore, the utmost trends of interior design in 2014 and 2015 have been ingeniously displayed through colors, materials and decoration. All the elements complement each other to come up with a modern and stylish living space.
The companies who accompanied with Phu My Hung Development Corp. in implementing model houses include NPB Saigon – Sponsor of kitchen appliances of type A1, Toshiba Company – Sponsor of electric equipment such as TV, refrigerator, washing machine and Rigel Technology Company – Sponsor of bathroom equipment.
As confirmed, Scenic Valley condos will be handed over in basic form. In addition to the introduction of model houses, Phu My Hung Development Corp. also composes 2 interior design books to offer interior decoration concepts to homebuyers. These books include works of art from well-known interior design companies namely Urban Design, OZ Construction Interior Corporation, A Chau Design & Furnishing JSC and P+P Design & Construction.
