Scenic Valley reaches a record 100% condo of phase 1 sold out in few hours
On October 4th, 2014, at The Adora Premium, Phu My Hung Development Corp. officially put Scenic Valley on the market with 251 condos of Block D2 and E1. The customers who registered to purchase Scenic Valley condo was up to 900 people. Just in few hours in the morning, 100% of launched condos were fully sold out.
Scenic Valley, the second project located in Medical Campus District (after Green Valley), spreads over 3.2ha with the construction area of 9,710m2 occupying only 30%. The rest area was used for open space, internal traffic and outdoor amenities.
