| For many years, disagreements persisted between Phu My Hung Corporation and the Building Owners’ Committee, Building Management Board and residents of Grand View complex regarding to the legal ownership of parking spaces. To handle this issue, Phu My Hung Corporation brought the case to court.
Following a trial process, on July 4, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court issued appellate verdict No. 615/2024/DS-PT, recognizing Phu My Hung Corporation’s legal ownership of 236 car parking spaces in the Grand View Complex. After the Court’s ruling, the Building Owners’ Committee, Building Management Board agreed to allow Phu My Hung Corporation taking over the management and rental service of parking spaces once the verdict came into effect. |
