Announcement: Handing over apartments of Nam Phuc-Le Jardin Complex

Phu My Hung Development Corporation would like to send to our precious customer the sincerely greeting and thanks for your believe to select and purchase the apartment in Nam Phuc – Le Jardin Complex, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city.
We would like to announce that, at the moment, the constructing work of your apartment and other infrastructure of the complex have been finished as the schedule in the contract and now are ready to be handed over to.
In accordance with the contract, Phu My Hung Corporation would like to inform and invite you to apply for the Land Use Rights Certificate and implement the procedure of handing over the apartment.
In order to implement the procedure of handing over and submit the document to provide the Land Use Rights Certificate for the apartment in Nam Phuc – Le Jardin Complex, Customer please finish the remain payments as the contract (Please notice the Maintenance Fund and the interest due to demurrage (if any); bring the documents as instructed in addendum 1 & 2 as below. The handing over procedure only can be implemented when you complete all the payments as the contract and submit the documents for the Land Use Rights Certificate in Phu My Hung Real Estate Transaction Office.

- Time: From 05/12/2018 to 07/12/2018
